Do You Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM)?

Hello Chasers,

Customer relationship management (CRM) is a technology for managing all your company’s relationships and interactions with customers, potential customers and leads. The goal is simple: Improve business relationships.

Quite simply, it’s an important tool that helps business owners easily track all communications and nurture relationships with their leads and customers. A CRM replaces the multitude of spreadsheets, databases and apps that many businesses (including us, several years ago) patch together to track customer data. The result: organisation, efficiency, better time management, and impressed customers who are blown away with your awesome service!

Client management platforms like CRMs connect all the data from your sales leads and customers, all in one place. A CRM consolidates all communications (form fills, callsemailstext messages, and meetings), documents, quotes, purchases, and tasks associated with each lead and client. Your entire team can access those details at the right time – to close a sale or deliver outstanding service.

With all of the information you have now learned about the Lead Funnel Formula, you need a tool where you can deliver this strategy to ensure you always have a reliable volume of leads and can create Consistent Cash Flow – the theme for our 90-Day focus this quarter!

We have been using Hubspot for several years and it has been voted the best CRM for nearly all businesses. But we were not using a lot of the features that we were paying for and it became very expensive very quickly.

We have been using GoHighLevel for a year now and just love it’s integration with Google.

GoHighlevel helps us with:

  • Client acquisition.
  • Link building (It’s an SEO thing).
  • Automating our business (this was a monumental & breakthrough moment for our agency).
  • Client fulfillment.
  • It’s our ultimate client retention tool.
  • Serves as a scalable CRM for ourselves and for our clients.
  • Reputation management.
  • Building out funnels.
  • Call tracking, revenue tracking, and lead tracking.
  • Increasing ROI on adspend and existing clients.

A good CRM system will help you stay connected to your customers, streamline processes, and improve profitability.

Have a great day!
