I have been fascinated with outer space ever since I was a schoolboy and hearing the crackling voice of Neil Armstrong broadcast all the way from the moon over our home radio declare ‘One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind’ in 1969.
Businesses are very similar to spaceships.
Not everyone has a successful launch, journey or landing at its destination.
Spaceships depend on the commander for the mission and the crew to carry out their respective tasks all together working towards getting to their destination.
Similarly, businesses depend on the owner to lead, the Team to perform their roles all in a common pursuit – to make an impact on our world!
