Buying Off the Plan

Buying Off the Plan

Hello Chasers,

Buying off the plan is a popular option for many people, in fact, it’s a strategy that I used for a property I acquired way back in my bachelor days, as it allows you to lock in a price and a property that you’re interested in before it’s even built.

However, there are also some risks associated with this type of purchase.

In our podcast, Episode 9 on The Chasers Channel, we discuss the pros and cons of buying off the plan in detail, so that you can make an informed decision about whether or not it’s right for you.

Check it out here: TCC 9 – The Pros & Cons for Buying Off the Plan
