As business owners we are often spending time putting out ‘spot fires’ – things that go wrong – and often these repeat themselves to the point that creates extreme frustration.
If this has or is happening to you then take a deep breath and look at the issue differently.
The main reason why this keeps occurring is because of a breakdown in the process or a lack of training in that process.
If you identify that the process has broken down then you need to create a system (and document it) that shows what has to happen before the next step is started.
