Getting Comfortable with the Uncomfortable

Good morning Chasers,

One of the biggest lessons I have learned over the years is to challenge myself to do things I wasn’t confident in doing.

As a business owner, being able to lead and present was something I had to learn to do and I’m still doing it after 40 years!

To overcome shyness and a lack of confidence, I did courses in fitness training and aerobics which saw me teach classes over 30+ years ago.

I never in my wildest dreams ever thought about leading fitness classes, let alone aerobics, but getting comfortable with the uncomfortable was my mantra way back then and has led to being more confident in my own skin!

If you are being challenged by something you are not confident in doing, think of me and my aerobics class – no, not the lycra!

Have a great day!
