How Adaptable Are You To Change?

Hello Chasers,

Ange and I are now virtually ‘empty nesters’ and this is a type of change we knew would come one day but no matter how prepared we were for it, we are struggling – big time!

Like most households with teenage/young adults it is noisy, loud, crazy and sometimes almost unbearable and we longed for peace and quiet, or so we thought.

Give me back those moments in time any day.

Sure, it is great when the kids were home and it was quiet – you knew where they were and that they were safe and okay.

Now that they have started out on life’s journey without us – this is a huge change and challenge for us.

Just like in business, change can be very disruptive if not handle correctly.
