How To Design the Life You Want

Hello Chasers,

As the curtain comes down on another set of Christmas Holidays, I begin to think about the year ahead and wonder what it will bring.

There is so much that we can’t control but, on the other hand, there is so much that we can plan to do, too, that can alter how we want to live.

Over the years I have found that my goals and dreams can come to be simply by starting to capture them by writing them down or use pictures/draw them or by creating a vision board.

The more I began to focus on that goal or dream, by re-reading it or looking at it, the more I began to see the steps that I needed to take to bring me closer to achieving them.

Breaking the steps down into smaller actions that I could tick off on a regular basis gave me momentum, confidence and a sense of achievement as I began to move closer to those goals.
