Hello Chasers,

The Body Blitzer Team and I are heading into our final week of the 2023 Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds to support mental health.

So far, we have individually completed 2,364 push ups since the 1st June with the final day being on this Friday 23rd June 2023 we aim to complete the target of 3,144.

This means that in this final 5 days we will be completing 780 push ups!

I would love your support to help me reach my fundraising goal of $1,000 as I am only $355 short of this goal.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank those who have joined the 2023 push up challenge, donated to the fundraiser and those who are brave enough to speak up about mental health issues.

Together we can make a difference!

If you are looking for an extra tax deduction this financial year, please consider donating to this amazing event here: https://bit.ly/3OOi1Bo

Have a great day!
