On the Twentieth Day of Christmas…

We dive into Santa’s sack again today and this time we present you with an audio book on Leadership.

You have all heard me mention Simon Sinek and his powerful message on Ted about leadership and starting with “WHY”, and I was so privileged to go and see him when he visited Australia in March last year with Paul Dunn and several other colleagues.

In 2009, Simon Sinek started a movement to help people become more inspired at work, and in turn inspire their colleagues and customers. Since then, millions have been touched by the power of his ideas, including more than 28 million who’ve watched his TED Talk based on START WITH WHY – the third most popular TED video of all time.

However, this audio book whilst about leadership takes us back to 1981 some 28 years before Simon Sinek’s principles and is about the ideas implemented by Jack Welch in General Electric.

His ideas are still highly regarded and are still implemented by business managers today.

I hope you enjoy this format too!

Have a great day!
