Using Chatbots for Lead Generation

Hello Chasers,

This quarter we are focusing on the theme of ‘Simple Systems’ – creating processes in your business for your Team or others to follow so that your knowledge on how to run your business is transferred to your business ‘playbook’ in the event you want to go on holidays, are ill or want to sell for a maximum price.

One way you can simplify your business is by automating repetitive tasks so that they are carried out efficiently, at a consistently high standard and by using outsourcing or AI (Artificial Intelligence).

A chatbot is an example of using AI to carry out this type of task.

A chatbot is a computer program that is designed to simulate conversation with human users, particularly over the internet. They can be integrated with various platforms such as websites, messaging apps, and mobile apps. Chatbots can be programmed to perform a wide range of tasks, including providing customer service, answering frequently asked questions, and even completing transactions. They can use various techniques, such as natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML), to understand and respond to user inputs.
