Why I Surround Myself with People Smarter Than Me?

Hello Chasers,

I returned from my quarterly 4-day conference in Sydney late last night and my head was almost bursting with information overload.

I tried to take advantage of the ideas swarming through my mind (notice the bee analogy?) whilst on the flight back as I entered different ones in my note app on the iPhone.

You see, one of the only things that stay the same in business is that change is constant.

This week I received an email from CPA Australia informing me that they will be sending a congratulatory message to accompany my 40th-anniversary pin membership pin. I thought this was a mistake and had to recall when I was first admitted as a provisional member and, yes, low and behold it was in March 1983.
